2007 Mercury Montego bcm

Customer replaced the BCM on this Mercury Montego and the car’s immobilizer system went into anti-theft mode. The engine would no longer start because the new module required key programming and security synchronization.

I successfully restored the system, bypassed the immobilizer issue, and programmed 3 working keys:

• 1 original factory key

• 1 valet key

• 1 newer BMW-style knife key with remote buttons

Now the car starts and runs like it should again. Customer left happy and back on the road.
